Business Consulting International is a Business Advisory Consulting practice head quartered in London and operating globally. We have many years of cumulative experience in providing advice and solutions that empower business owners and their Management teams to achieve stable and sustainable growth.
Whilst we pride ourselves on being 'generalists', we specialise in providing Marketing and Sales Consultancy as well as Strategies for growth across International borders.
Additionally, we have an 'equity gap' practice for those businesses wishing to secure early-stage equity funding. We create the framework to allow businesses the ability to use their own paper as currency in the early stages of their business. Our expertise also stretches into arranging suitable introductions to High Net Worth Individuals who make equity investments in early-stage businesses.

Business Consulting International is group of seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs with generalist business skills and individual areas of specialisation. These specialisations have been gained through participation in business in different verticals and across different global markets.
We have a strong record of success in creating growth and the creation of a 'can do' culture in start-up and early-stage businesses as well as a track-record in assisting distressed and ailing companies with the turnaround process given our understanding of the growth and sustainability process. Our approach is substantive and we pride ourselves on a practical approach with an implementation plan tailor made for each client. We operate a network consulting model which ensures our clients have access to resources they need as and when they need them.
We also believe in 'true partnerships' and will only engage our resource if we feel that our involvement can add value to our clients' enterprise and proposition.
We also act as business capital introducers for those companies/individuals looking for business advice or for investment. We see ourselves as a boutique private equity placer in the unregulated arena and we can provide credible and productive introductions for either party for a success fee.

Portfolio
Our clients come from a variety of different sectors and a typical client is likely to be a 'start-up' or post start-up 'early-stage' business, more often than not significantly undercapitalised and likely to be lacking in one or more Management functions.
Some of our clients may also be established and have some brand equity but are experiencing problems with product development and marketing, which can usually be addressed quickly, resulting in subsequent revenue growth. We look to be retained by passionate Management teams who have well thought through propositions, backed up by serious operational business plans and are looking to raise capital between £50,000 - £5M.
